        Diagnostic Characteristics:

        The Swingin' Wing is a Wave 2 release that uses the same casting as the US made version. The most distinguishing feature is the color of the paint.
        The glass is uncharacteristically dark and the base is not as shiny as normal Swingin' Wing.

        Comments:

        The Swingin' Wing is one of the most common CIPSA castings with over 35 known examples. It is also displays the most diversity in paint colors with at least
        9 known versions. Several Swingin' Wings have been found with the remnants of the wing post still inside the car. Only one example is believed to still have
        the original wing intact. A reproduction wing is widely available and is commonly used to improve the appearance of the car.

        The CIPSA version Swingin' Wing(R) has a darker tint to the glass.
