Diagnostic Characteristics:
The CIPSA version of the Sand Witch is a Wave 4 release using the Hong Kong version of the casting, dated 1969 which is the same casting used by Mattel for their
1973 product line. The CIPSA version is unique principally in the paint colors, the white interior and the type of wheels. The paint colors and metallic redines
are unique to CIPSA and the Mattel version was released with only a black interior.

Comments:
The first CIPSA version of the Sand Witch sold on eBay on February 14th, 2005. The paint colors of the CIPSA Sand Witch are different than normal HK production.
The interior is a stark white color whereas the HK has a dark/black interior. The glass on the CIPSA version is different, as are the wheels.

CIPSA Sand Witch vs. Mattel 1973 Sand Witch
The CIPSA version (L) has a white interior and lightly tinted glass. The yellow paint is distinctly different.
