        Diagnostic Characteristics:

        The CIPSA Peeping Bomb is a Wave 1 release, one of the first four castings. It has a number of distinguishing characteristics. The paint colors are unique to CIPSA
        and the paint used for the details of the headlights and tail light are different. The CIPSA version of the Peeping Bomb uses US casting.

        Colors:
        • Metallic Blue
        • Metallic Green
        • Metallic Pink
        • Metallic Yellow
        • Metallic Red?

        Wheels:
        • Medium Caps in front
        • Large Caps in rear

        Interior:
        • Black Interior

        Glass:
        • Clear

        Comments:

        The first known CIPSA made Peeping Bomb was sold on eBay in May, 2005. Since then, about 30 more Peeping Bombs have been found in all of the
        CIPSA metallic colors. All examples of the Peeping Bomb have paint issues such as bubbles or paint pops. There are no casting variations, the
        diagnostic features are the paint colors, headlight paint and taillight paint. The base on the CIPSA version tend to be dull.



        Head Light Detail

        The headlights on the CIPSA (L) appear to be hand painted with a white or dull silver paint. US versions have chrome plated headlights.




        Tail Light Detail

        The rear tail light paint on the CIPSA version(L) is more red than orange. It is also a bit less glossy than the US version(R) of paint.




        Rivet Spin Detail

        The rivet spins on the Peeping Bomb have a depression in the center and has a sloppy appearance with excess flashing visible.
        This is typical of other CIPSA castings.

        Note: The red color is still tentative as no other Wave 1 example of any kind has been confirmed in red.
