Comments:
The CIPSA version of the Ferrari 312P utilizes the US based casting. The enamel red version is very similar to the US version.
The other colors are more easily recognizable as the paint colors are obviously different from their domestic counterparts.
US vs. CIPSA (C)
The enamel red paint is a bit different than that seen on a US red enamel 312P. It has a matte finish with some texture to it.
CIPSA Interior : The interior piece may be a slightly different color than the US interior.
Tail Light Details of CIPSA vs. US : The black detail paint on the rear of the CIPSA (L) is also different in texture and gloss.
The orange of the tail lights is different in color and application.
CIPSA Base
There are no noticeable casting differences on the CIPSA base(R). However, the spins show some of the sloppiness found on almost all CIPSA cars.

The first CIPSA Ferrari 312P was sold on eBay in late May 2005 by a Mexican seller. It is reported to have been found in a CIPSA made track set with an
orange enamel McLaren. The McLaren has never been seen.
